U can try to do that in the General Ledger as a Journal Entry.

Thanks a lot for your answer, red1.
If I understand clearly I have to create a new Journal Batch, add there a Journal. Then add some entries into the Journal. Those entries can contain amount for the Bad provision. After that process and post the Batch. Is it correct way?
