Dear Yamel,
Your first 2 paragraphs are (using the GoogleTranslator from Spanish to English):
Beforehand I want to express that for a long time I have followed both do, I feel great admiration for the great work they have done on behalf of Free Software, I do not personally know Carlos Ruiz, however, for over 8 years I have followed his ADempiere contributions, knowing that we are a few kilometers away prided myself reading a localization Colombia had and probably could inherit Venezuela.
A Red Huan I met him in May 2013 in Barquisimeto with Orlando guinea pigs. The reason was their interest in joining the Spin-Suite (For that time was SFAndroid) to idempiere of us think we gave all possible help, knowing that in an unethical way used that to offer their services to a prospect we had in Portuguese.
(Pardon on behalf of Google translator) but if I understand you well, you are saying first that you admire Carlos work in Colombia Localization and you probably could do the same in Venezuela? If so, that is great, but remember that Carlos worked very hard to make it so and I will explain more how he does it later.
Your second point touched on my visit to Venezuela and let me explain why I do that. I traveled the world to visit directly contributors of the project to motivate them to (1) Contribute back, (2) Unite under one local or regional leader, and listen to their issues such as disdain for (1) or (2) or both in order to explain the do's and don'ts in order to have a real community. So I met Orlando Curieless who was active from Venezuela particularly in his LVE Venezuelan Localisation and Payroll contribution (you claimed to use them in your project when we met. Am I right?), together with his associates - Miguel Hernandez and Egil Eduardo among others as they worked together on the same project. They also organised talks for me at the universities and conferences in Caracas, Cunama and Barquisimeto.
Of course I knew of your SFAndroid module at that time and so i regard all contributors there as the stakeholders of community, so I asked Orlando to arrange for your team to meet me and we did in Barquisemeto. I stressed at that meeting about community moving forward together. Based on local contributions, i announced that Orlando is head of Venezuela chapter to ensure fair play and protect other contributors as we know there is always unethical conduct by free riders claiming to be representatives of the project but they are just salesmen wishing for business but contributed shit. However during the war some time later exactly by such salesmen, you deleted his contribution and credits in the Venezuela page without any arbitration or referring back to me who went there to work hard to avoid this.
Next you refer to an unethical action in Portuguese? I am not sure if you are referring to me as I was in Brazil too for same purpose but I do no do projects anywhere in the world without referring to local community leaders first. So i am now asking Orlando and others to read this and respond. After that I will continue to further points. (To be continued after others' responses).
