Hi all,
I have a question and hope someone can help me.
In the preview viewer of the print format (e.g., sales orders, invoices), a combo box is available to allow users to choose different PF. The end of the list in the combo box is always "** New Report **".
Is there a way to prevent users from creating new report by selecting this item? I check the code and it seems the "New Report" item is always added. Also, when an user selects that item, there is no permission checked.

Hi Nelson, sounds like a bug - tested on demo.idempiere.com and effectively there is no check for permissions on AD_PrintFormat.
I would advice to open a JIRA ticket describing the issue and pointing here.
