Since you are planning the Libero Mfg classes, i like to inform you that Jairah (our webmistress is joining in to assist my present work writing up the above logic and testing over at the Manufacturing Test Plan. sorry for late response.
we have a chinese team on manufacturing. we will close our first phase of team learning on ERP theory.
next, we will start functional testing on ADempiere Manufacturing module.
we will do a simple case first, and then adding complexity in case 2, case 3 ...
in case 1, we will do it on existing client GardenWorld, and make a simple BOM of bike, general steps will refer to kittiu's case

i am reading your COST ENGINE TESTING FRAMEWORK, it is excellent!
can we use your testing framework http://adempiere.warix.my ?

Of course u can use that. But sometimes it is down. If u want to set it up yourself and u need help just post your question and i will try to help. I will be posting more Mfg testing results under QA sub forum.
