Its a very workable solution but u have to refer to http://sourceforge.net/projects/university/ and iterate there. Costing is all on your own. If u require our expertise and time we can negotiate some time charges. Its probably USD3k per month of our attention, and it depends on your customising requirements if it can be done within 6 mths which is a proper time frame for most projects.

We dont have such feedback in one place at the moment. If u go to the http://sf.net/projects/university u may get some info from ppl who declare there.
