Argentine Localization 1.0.0.RC1

Hello everyone!
It is a pleasure to share with the open source community our first release candidate version 1.0 of Argentine Localization! https://github.com/ergio/argentine_localization
On the website, you'll find instructions to install and test it. (We are working to complete the wiki page)

Here is a brief list of upgrades on this release:

* Fiscal print on Hassar devices from Adempiere POS
* POS fix and upgrade funcionalities: Inclusion of product Atributte set Instance Stock control Determination of the document type by Client and Customer tax category (Argentine tax schema)
* AP Payment Withholding: the base of calculation is total amount of payment (Argentine tax schema)

Soon will be available a 2pack with configuration to test it on Garden World Client.
