Idempiere eventmanager

Hi,
I just studied Idempiere enventmanager, run hengsin’s event.test, and add my code to it, the test works very well.
I would like to add a new event bundle, such as ‘event.user’,almost the same as ‘event.test’.I start the bundle,and run idempiere, the bundle does not work at all. When I debug, it will not enter the breakpoint.

what's wrong?And how can I add user event bundle?
