Good news: iDempiere Translation / Localization Project is ready for translation in Launchpad. Link: https://launchpad.net/idempiere-localize
Kindly advising you using the existing translation from ADempiere, also careful reviewing is nessesary.

Oct 03, 2013. Template files uploaded and approved in Launchpad.net.
Sep 22, 2013. Got xml language packages. Based on changeset 921f874eff15 in https://bitbucket.org/idempiere/idempiere. Thanks the help from Edwin Ang
