Table & TableDir doesn't allow empty values in webUI ?

What Trunk or Branches to use and mix? Which is the Official version? How to survive growth?

Table & TableDir doesn't allow empty values in webUI ?

Postby yansolo » Wed Sep 28, 2011 9:40 pm

Hi,

I'm wondering why fields based on Table or TableDir references can't get empty values, after you saved one.
Whereas this is possible if the field is based on Search.
Of course, in Swing, it is also possible.
The behaviour should be the same.
Is this a bug ? a feature ?

Thanks,

Yan

Hi Yan, in zkwebui you can delete the content of the field.

Lol !
For nearly 3 years i was thinking that this it was a mistake...
I think i'm not the only one. Wouldn't be much clear to add a blank line (to match the behaviour of swing mode) ?
Thank you very much, you really help me :-)

that's not intentional but a workaround due to a zk bug.
