French translation for the HTML client

Hello,

I am trying to check whether the HTML client can be accessed in French. Even though I select French when I login, I still see the English interface.

Besides recompiling the source in Eclipse, is there anything similar to translating the JAVA client( I already have done this part).

Technically, there should be a couple of XML files to be changed for the HTML client and I will be surprised that I have to recompile.
